start up core service failed

i uninstalled the application and reinstalled it but it gave mi aan error msg ''cannot start service 3CXFAXsrv on computer''
''''cannot start service 3CXIVr on computer''
pls i need some help urgently

Uninstall and reboot the machine and ensure the folders have been removed.

Please retry after doing this.
