Startup ed issue outbound call

Good Morning
i have an issue with 3cx startup edition with outbound call.
I receive calls but i am not able to make external calls.
in this 3cx version there isn't any configuration of outbound calls.

could you help me?

We see some successful calls to that provider, but it might be a good idea to also call them and ask if there is any issue with the account that would prevent outbound calls.

Tell us what they reply and then we can see if we can help you further.

Anytime i try to make call on the phone appear message that Is forbidden this Action, so i am surprised that you can see succeful calls

Sorry for not making it clear earlier, I was just checking the general ability to make calls via TWT as a provider.

So after sharing the account details with us, we checked your trunk and saw that the provider does indeed reply back to us with 403 Forbidden.

Due to this, 3CX is not able to process the calls further so can you please speak with your provider and find out why they are sending this reply on that specific account?

You should also review your trunk registrar as now it appears you have an IP address defined instead of a hostname. This might be related to why the calls are failing since TWT will be expecting to see a host name in the call invites.
