Good day everyone

I've made a few failed attempts to login to the 1326.3cx.cloud dashboard. It now gives me the error of "An IP has been blacklisted"

Error Attached:

Any help is appreciated

Thank You

Hi YiannisH_3CX

That is the page I'm getting the blacklist error on. I have tried using my 4G and it doesn't seem to work either

Then I am assuming you are using the wrong credentials. If you are NOT the group owner the ask the Group owner to resend you the password.
If you are the Group owner then you will need to contact our support so they can resend you the password. Currently there is no other way to retrieve it.

I went and got a colleagues phone and used their 4G and the credentials worked ok. So that is not the problem. I am the group owner.

If you are blacklisted for any reason just give it some time and the blacklisting will be automatically removed. Just make sure you do not have a device trying to register from the same IP address.

I'm not sure what you mean by "just make sure you do not have a device trying to register from the same IP address". I have a laptop with the 3CX Desktop Phone software running and I added a Yealink T53W router phone. Both devices are on the same external IP address when I became blacklisted. Do you mean I have to turn off the Yealink T53 in order for the blacklist to disappear? What happens when I turn the IP phone back on?

A phone or client that is misconfigured, has old firmware, etc. will fail to log in and trigger the block.

Factory reset the phone and turn it off until the blacklist is lifted. Then try to configure again but make sure you are on the correct firmware. A device not being to register is probably what triggered the blacklist in the first place
