Status 'Available and green icon' , it does not appear for some users only

I noticed in the Windows client, both new and old, that some extensions are not seen (in the old client) while on the new Desktop App, users are found but they are without a status.
Checking for good I noticed that they behave in this way, only users who have more secure credentials, that is with 10 characters, all the others can see the status correctly.

This does not have anything to do with insecure/secure passwords but rather check and make sure that from the extension that is logged in to the webclient, that you are using to check, extension 228 is also in the same extension group and that 228 has show presence to group members checked under the extensions settings > rights tab
