Status of phone not change

Hello,

I have problem with yealink and 3cx, phone not change status from Available to DND or FWD...

Phone connect with 3cx through VPN, and call work normally, but when user change status on soft key to DND, or if forward every call manually to another extension nothing happen.

With DND active, on 3cx I not see that this ext is DND mode, always stand Available, and DND or FWD function not work (on 3cx I set when acitve DND mode, then forward call but nothing)

I think it's a misunderstanding between extension status and device status, they don't interfere - extension might be Available while device on DND, as well as extension could be on DND while device Available.

When I click on phone prog key where I put when click this button phone turn on DND mode

Phone in LAN network when click this option automatically change status on 3cx, but phone through vpn not send status (on phone stand symbol DND but not change status on 3cx). I port forward all ports from 3cx table but this function not work?

Also note that this functionality only works when using a supported phone with auto-provisioning.

details of 3cx system where have this problem is:
3cx version: 16.0.5.611 Pro
Server OS: Debian
3cx not hosted in cloud
IP phone: Yealink T21P E2, firmware 52.84.0.95
Provisioning method: VPN
Trunk provider: Generic Trunk
Firewall checker pass: YES
Custom templates:YES (only change VPN address for registering and provisioning)

Inbound and outbound call work fine (internal and external),call record etc, only I can change status, forward call not work, blind transfer not work

I would start by resetting the phone, and then testing it with the default templates, just to be sure.
