Hello,

For some reason the status scheduler is not showing up in the 3CX webclient, it has suddenly disappeared. The version has not changed, it is just gone but only for 1 client. It is not missing at any other clients.

What could be the cause for this?

Kind regards.

Regarding your question, are you on the latest release version update 4? if so, within the webclients of the extensions, do you see the status tab under the settings?

I just updated a client last night to 18.0 Update 4 (965). I know that the Status Scheduler has been moved to the webclient.

This morning when changing the auto switch hours, I too noticed that the Status Scheduler was missing in the webclient. It's in the Desktop App though. Below are screenshots from the same extension number, one in the webclient and one in the Desktop App.

Yes, we are under the latest version. I do have the status tab under settings but when going there the status scheduler is missing.

Same issue as Brendan McNeill posted

Did you get an update requested on the webclient when you opened it after updating to sp4? The webclient seems to be on the older version still. as you can see, People instead of the Team. Try pressing CTRL+F5 and check if the update appears at the top of the webclient page. Click 'Yes' to update it.

Thanks for the response. I did get an update prompt when logging into the Webclient this morning. I've clicked "Yes" to update it. Now I can see the "Status scheduler" in the Webclient (as well as the Desktop App).
