Android version 2.3.3, Wildfire S
Connection: WiFi
Server: Local PBX IP
STUN server, same as Local PBX IP
Phone system is based on SwyxWare from Swyx Solutions AG.
When the phone goes into hibernate, it stays online for a couple of minutes, then it disappears from the phone system (goes offline) for 30 seconds or so, then comes back online for a couple of minutes, then goes offline, then online etc.
To troubleshoot, we then setup one of our computers to ping the cell phone each second. Now the phone stays online, without falling out (going offline). Then we stopped the pinging, and the issue continues.
I'm using default settings on the phone, but also tried to set the keep alive to 15 instead of 60. That didn't help.
Then I tried to use the build in SIP (available from Android v. 2.3.3). Now the phone stays online without any issues.
Could this be a possible bug with the 3CX for Android?
