Status

When using the 3CX client on extensions i get the colum up on the right hand side showing all extensions on the system which is fine and i can call them no problems.
At the side of each extension is a grey dot which i i would imagine is the status so i would expect this to show green or red.
Am i right in thinking this, if so what could be the cause of the colours not showing.

I assume you are using the Free Edition of 3CX? if so this is why, they only work in the paid versions of 3CX Phone System.
