still count after cancell

when i call any number and the number cancel me ... my 3CX APP for android of windows still count and line is busy but it still open app and still count seconds with peeeep peeeep tone

Is this an extension to extension call? Or does the call traverse the trunk? Where are you calling from and too ?

both ... but ext to ext i find solution that from forwarding rule i make it to end call if no answer ... the problem if i call any one outside 3CX

yes and i can make call ... the problem is if the other side reject or not reply ... my 3cx app not closed it still run and the call not closed too
