Stop external calls dialling ext numbers on IVR (V20)

Hi,

I have a customer reporting that one of their exts is receiving external calls when it should not be. I have looked in the call logs and can see the caller dialled the ext number and connected directly. Is there a way for me to turn off extension dialling on a digital receptionist in V20?

You can use the DTMF call script to create your Digital Receptionist options. This will prevent people from dialling extension numbers.

Just modify the script with the options, or as we call them "PIN" in this case, and the mapping
