Stopped services and Login access denied

Hello,
I received the email about stopped services:
3CXIVR01
3CXQueueManager01
3CXPhoneSystem01
3CXPhoneSystemMC01

and i can't login anymore. I tried the password several time (got it saved on Lastpass) and now got login access denied. I tried the forgot password but i'm not receiving the email.

Any ideas? I'm on the trial cloud
