Strange behaviors Push ANdroid

Dear , i have V15.5 system from 3years work veru very fine . Some time i have some account and some Android device when receive incoming call via push and it try to answer not take a call ( device try to connect , but after answer in only registered and not in call) . Caller hear ringing and call route follow rules call forward.
Via logs we see error call transaction not exist . If device isn't sleep mode , call works correctly
Any ideas?

Here is an official lanswer: 15.5SP6 has now officially reached end of life and will no longer be supported.

The 3CX legacy app is also deprecated and will no longer be maintained.

The latest app requires you to be on V16, so the best thing I can suggest is this:

i use mdm for provisioning app , and it's impossible send xapk installer
i have 1000 user on 3 system i must use apk , i don't upgrade for this reason
