Strange behaviour of VoIP Unlimited trunk

I wonder if someone can help, as I am seeing rather odd behaviour.

I have a VoIP Unlimited trunk, 01223 654130. Associated with it are 10 DID numbers.

I set this up so the trunk registers, and add the DID as per instructions. Some days everything works as expected, other times I get NU tones whenever calling one of the DIDs, or "The number is not recognised" messages other times (from the same telephone line, calling the same DID!).

Right now the main trunk does not seem to be registered, along with all the DIDs excepting 01223 254131, which works as programmed.

I am very puzzled.

Help please. I really want to roll this out to clients, but cannot while this is happening, and I am unable to explain.
