Strange Extension handling with an Pytton Smartnode 4553

Hello,

I have an Pytton Smartnode 4552 on an ISDN line. It took some time to get it configured.

The strange thing is, that the 3cx server does not recognize the extensions, that are called from the isdn line. The ISDN Line is a DID line with just sending the extension numbers to the Smartnode.

The problem is that it does not matter, which extension i dial from the outside, only the extension 102 keeps on ringing. In the log there are different "sip to headers".

Anybody an idea? (you can see, that the sip extension ist beeing sent to the server with the right number)

Basic configuration is:
Extension: 101
Extension: 202
PATTON: 10000

Hello Karel,

Please make first sure you use a recent Patton firmware, from http://upgrades.patton.com.

Then, can you post your SmartNode configuration here? I might be able to help, I ran into the same issue but got a configuration workaround. Also, the latest 3CX version contains new Patton template config files - did you try those yet?
