Registration to my local VoIP provider somehow does not work well. 3CX PBX is trying to connect to ITSP every few seconds. VoIP trunk to Detel is somehow working. Log is:

What is wrong? I do not want to spam ITSP!

Thanks in advance,
Thomas

What version do you use?

We use latest version: 5.0.3790.0

Technical manual says that following reasons are possible:

1. The Authentication ID supplied was invalid.
2. The Authentication Password supplied was invalid.
3. The VoIP Provider is temporarily unable to satisfy registration requests (possibly
because of load or other technical reasons related to the VoIP Providers’
infrastructure)
4. The account with the Provider has expired
5. The account with the Provider has insufficient credit

I believe that none of them apply. Actually I can make inbound and outbound calls. ITSP is http://www.detel.eu

Any ideas?

Try the same account directly on a Hardwarephone or X-lite, without 3CX.
Is it registering normal then? Or the same?
That would be my first step to rule out that it is the provider itself or your ID credentials

I have solved the problem. I have deleted VOIP Provider account and create new one, with the same settings.
Problem mysteriously vanished.

I will try advice Edwin's advice and report to forum.
