I would like to update to SP6, but I only have an option for the SP5 Beta.

Should I use apt update/upgrade?

There are 77 packaged needing an update, but none of them are 3CX.

# sudo apt-get update
# sudo apt-get upgrade

If you are not running Debian 9, start with:
# sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Please reboot. I know it's linux... but sometimes a reboot just makes life easier.

After that, go back to the management console and check for 3CX upgrades again.
