stupid question: Why does 3cxphone.exe send my inbound calls to voicemail, announcing that my extension is busy when I click the green answer button?

This has been driving me crazy. I **believe** back a year or two ago when I installed, it worked nicely and well, but with latest install, operating with the same PBX backend as previously, it doesn't.
Wireshare doesn't show anything interesting. Outbound calling works just fine, it's just answering an external call.
Is there any documentation for this softphone? I searched about on this site, but could only find documentation for the Windows Client ( v16 and some of its predecessors ). That or some

Hi Mark,

I'm afraid I cannot be of much help to you in this case, since that is a very old end of life PBX, and a deprecated 3CXPhone app.

The best I can suggest at this point is to migrate to 3CX V16, and also use our new Windows Phone after the migration.
