Subscription Renewal of Self Managed On Premise Shows "Renew Hosted by 3cx for" time period

See below screenshot of the renewal page. This is an on premise server. Where is the option to renew an On Premise server?

The system is actually DYGW-XXXXX but it was not in the list of available systems.

Hello @ebitgroup,

The 4SC standard subscriptions are renewed automatically by the 3CX. You do not need to renew this subscription.

If your system is self-hosted, you may simply ignore hosting renewal and the expiry date will change automatically.

The message in the screenshot indicates that the free hosting trial period for this license is expiring and if required, it is still available to renew. This would allow you to install the system as hosted by 3CX.
