Suggestions for sending of voicemail

I currently have a particular user voicemails being delivered to a group via a ring group list to multiple users. I would like to change this to also leave the voicemail in the users box. Is this possible and suggestions how to accomplish both of these?

You can't. The "group voicemail" only works via Email. Otherwise, you would need a dummy user for the voicemail and that user would be shared or something like that.

Otherwise, @VoIPTools has something for this.

I would encourage you to take a look at our 3CX Voicemail Manager tool. With our enhanced group voicemail feature you create a group and it propagates the voicemail to each group member. That turns on the MWI for the group. When one person in the group hears the voicemail, it flags that voicemail as heard for all the other members too (and turns off the MWI). There are more features like escalation, manager access, etc. but we handle your specific need.
