I am having issue integrating our suitecrm to the 3xc for call popup. Error message is saying "System.Exception: Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=InternalServerError - Reason=Internal Server Error - Content=" . I have my xml file attached. Please I need help. Thanks

That error is returned by the server, probably you're sending a wrong request. I can see that the template has an authentication scenario and then a lookup scenario, it would be good to see in which of these 2 scenarios you're getting this error. You can check this from the 3CX Console > Settings > CRM Integration > Test button > Logs tab. You will see in that tab all the details of what 3CX is sending to the CRM, and what's coming back.

Looks like you're sending an empty client_id and client_secret during authentication.

Thanks for your response. I was the one that removed it. It was there during testing.

In that case you're sending a wrong request. You will need to check with your CRM documentation how you need to send this request. If you can get a working curl or Postman request, then I can help you mapping it to the template.

OK.I also want to Know where there is a way to get the number of a caller through an Api without going through this process. If there is it will be better for me, at least i can work with the number to achieve what i want to do. Thanks

You can:

1. Use the CRM integration, which seems to not be the best option for you.
2. You can also configure the Webclient/Browser Extension to open a URL on answer/ringing with the Caller ID and Name in the URL via variables. See Webclient > Settings > Integration.
3. Wait for V18 API that will probably be in U1 or U2, so around the summer/fall I'd say.

Otherwise, you would need the Call Control API which is unsupported and undocumented. @VoIPTools have softwares using it.

Thanks. The number 2 option is working, just that we have to add url on each user Webclient > Settings > Integration section. Thanks for the help.
