Hi,
I need to integrate SuiteCRM with 3CX.
I have read the suggested guide 'Integrating a CRM with the 3CX API' and some posts in this forum but some things are not clear to me:
1) currently we use 3CX with windows client and not with the web module, if 3CX was integrated using the server-side integration engine, is the windows client able to present the contact card link in CRM?
2) Instead of displaying a link to the client card in CRM is there any way to open it directly in the browser?

Thanks

1. No, only the Webclient can use the server-side CRM integration and the client-side one is not supported anymore except for Outlook and DATEV.

2. Yes, the Webclient/Browser Extension does support the auto-popup of the contact.

Why not use the browser extension? Or actually, coming with V18, is a brand new "Windows client" based on Electron.

Hi,
can you confirm that even if SuiteCRM is not among the supported CRMs, using the Rest integration + the WEB client it is possible to auto-popup the customer card, in the CRM, related to the calling number?

If the CRM has a REST API, yes it should be possible.

Let me know if you need help with that.

Thank you,
as soon as the development starts I will definitely ask about it.
