support for console access to 24SC system

Dear support,
Currently we have moved one system to on premise and we want to enable console access (now web only) , however when we try to open a ticket we received option for "buy support" only,
can you contact us direclty to give you more details and to know whether you can activate it or not?

If a 3CX on-prem installation is performed in the only supported way using the 3CX ISO, the root password for the Debian operating system will be requested and set during the installation. This is the password for the root user to log into the local console or via SSH. You should be aware of this.
If you no longer know it: Either reinstall 3CX using the ISO, note down the root password, and restore a previous backup during the 3CX initialization, or simply search with your preferred search engine for 'How To Reset Forgotten Root Password In Debian?'
