"Support" is default name on new Live Chat plugin

Can this be changed? Previous version allowed it, unless I am missing an option somewhere in the new version.

Please both understand that they are rewriting the plugin completely so yes, it is currently missing features but it should come all back.

In update 5 custom agent's name will be returned.
