switch from aws to 3cx

Hello,

I have some customers currently hosted on AWS, and I'm looking to migrate them to 3CX Hosted. However, when I try to use the "Switch to Hosted" option in the portal, I receive a message indicating that the hosting maintenance has expired and that I need to upgrade my subscription to proceed.

The license is already paid and valid until next year, so I'm unsure why I'm encountering this issue.

Could you please advise on the steps I need to take to resolve this?
