Switch to 3cx hosting

Hello everyone,

I'm planning to move four customers, each with five extensions and a pro license on AWS, to a single 3CX hosted account. My intention is to delete all AWS instances, reset the phones, and reconfigure them on the 3CX hosted account with distinct groups for each customer (inbound, outbound, etc.).

I'm not concerned about the old licenses or AWS instances. Can you advise if I might encounter any issues?

There will be no issue however you need to ensure whether the new public ip will be allowed from your sip trunk provider.
