Switch to Hosted does not exist for our accounts

Hi Everyone,
I was hoping to switch a few of our accounts to hosted to try, however the option does not seem to exist for us. Most of our 3cx instances are hosted on Vultr using the self hosted on premise image. One is Self hosted via the setup tool 3cx provides that sets up an instance automatically on our Vultr account. From what I can see, we have met all the requirements to switch to hosted..

All of our customers look like this:

In the guide it says it shows this:

You need to pay for the hosting first, then you'll be able to deploy it.
