Switchboard layout

Hello

We recently switched to v15 from v12.5 and the new switchboard doesn`t give us a lot of customization options.
The biggest issue for us right now is to see calls for individual queues. There is no option to sort them or separate calls from each other.

Is there a way to make switchboard the way it was before?

I do not use queues but this appears to be what you are after.
