My email for audio meeting invites when created in O365 calendar have + signs between them like this:

You've+been+invited+to+participate+in+a+telephone+conference.

Your+conference+ID+is+653607.+

The+following+conference+access+numbers+are+also+provided+for+external+attendees:

The invite is HTML in the SETTINGS > EMAIL > EMAIL TEMPLATES and looks fine. I have not made changes to this template in 18 months. When I send it to O365 during conference creation it appears in the calendar with + in the text. I've done this three times and it worked once, but had plusses twice. ???

Hi @DrainBamaged,

Did you edit the default email Audio Only template?

Does it appear correctly when inviting using other methods (Email, Google etc)?

If I copy the email template and save it as .HTML, it displays fine in the browser. Happy to send you a copy if you want to see it yourself. It has company access info, so do not wish to post publicly.
