Synchronize of contacts

Hello, This is a question regarding integration with zoho CRM.

When edit first and last name of a contact on the CRM side, what is the timing to sync that contact info with the one on 3CX side? How long does syncing take?
Also, it seems that not all the contacts of the CRM side are reflected on the 3CX side. There are 10 contacts on the CRM side, but only 7 on 3CX side on our system.

Please be advised that CRM contacts do not actually sync to 3cx contacts, contacts are only added when calls are received or made to and from the 3cx system, depending on the chosen option.
