SyncroMSP has a very simple call log API. It doesn't do any lookups, it just posts incoming or outgoing calls to the customer record.

I have been trying to get this to work, but not successfully.

It just needs to call this URL for incoming calls.
https://[DOMAIN].syncromsp.com/api/callerid/did=[NUMBER]&token=[TOKEN]

And this URL for outgoing calls.
https://[DOMAIN].syncromsp.com/api/callerid/did=[NUMBER]&token=[TOKEN]&outbound=true

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried editing one of the existing templates and came up with the following. But, it fails.
XML:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<Crm xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" Country="US" Name="SyncroMSP" Version="1">
<Number Prefix="Zeros" MaxLength="" />
<Connection MaxConcurrentRequests="16" />
<Parameters>
<Parameter Name="CallerIDToken" Type="String" Parent="ReportCallEnabled" Editor="String" Title="Caller ID Token:" />
<Parameter Name="Domain" Type="String" Parent="ReportCallEnabled" Editor="String" Title="Syncro Subdomain:" />
<Parameter Name="ReportCallEnabled" Type="Boolean" Editor="String" Title="Enable Call Journaling" Default="False" />
</Parameters>
<Scenarios>
<Scenario Id="ReportCall" Type="REST">
<Request SkipIf="[ReportCallEnabled]!=True" Url="https://[DOMAIN].syncromsp.com/api/callerid/did=[NUMBER]&token=[CallerIDToken]&outbound=[CallDirection]" MessagePasses="0" RequestEncoding="UrlEncoded" RequestType="Get" ResponseType="Json">
<PostValues>
<Value If="[CallType]==Inbound" Passes="2" Name="CallDirection" Type="String">false</Value>
<Value If="[CallType]==Missed" Passes="2" Name="CallDirection" Type="String">false</Value>
<Value If="[CallType]==Outbound" Passes="2" Name="CallDirection" Type="String">true</Value>
<Value If="[CallType]==Notanswered" Passes="2" Name="CallDirection" Type="String">true</Value>
</PostValues>
</Request>
<Outputs AllowEmpty="false" />
</Scenario>
</Scenarios>
</Crm>

Call Journaling requires that the Contact Lookup returns a valid contact. So, this is probably not the approach you need to use. Maybe you should consider creating a program that parses the CDRs generated by 3CX, and then you can post this information to your external system.
