System Extensions Unchangeable?

Hi,

I saw in some other older posts it's not possible to change System Extensions, specifically 7777. Can I confirm this remains the case? I ask because I note the voicemail is listed as a System Extension (Dashboard -> System Extensions) but is in fact changeable.

We have unfortunately committed the number to some important 'emergency procedure' documentation and now find we can't set the system up to handle it. Of course my fault for not checking in advance, but if there is a way to use it, that would be most useful.

You can change the voicemail extension number under Settings - Voicemail

Please note that this is the System Extension Number for the PIN Protect IVR and unfortunately cannot be changed.
The VOICEMAIL extension can be changed though from the Dashboard<<Settings<<Voicemail
