So upgraded one of my instances of 3CX that is being hosted on Google Cloud. Went from V16 to V18 Build 314. When logged into 3CX Portal, all of my other statuses are reporting back green, but for some reason this one instance that is hosted on Google Cloud is reporting Red. When I hover over the the Red Status, it tells me "System Health effected, please check system immediately. If I go to my Google Cloud account, there are no errors there. If I go to the web portal of the hosted account, there are no error messages there. everything is Green and fully functional. Have already restarted the application thinking perhaps it just need a good swift kick, but that didn't resolve it.

Is there something else to try?

Thanks,

Pat

Probably the hotel service warning. It's a classic.

Try simply uninstalling the Instance Manager (disable it), reboot then reinstall it. It should show green after that.

Thanks for the reply. Where would the hotel service warning be located on the cloud service? I just went and un-installed the instance from Google Cloud and went to re-install it and as soon as it went to begin the re-install I immediately got the message at the top of the screen under the license #. 1640635698193.png

Unfortunately, Instance Manager doesn't do much.

Have you enabled all the options in the 3CX Console > Instance Manager?

Also, check for any high CPU or RAM usage, or disk space too.

Well, that was it. Once I checked all the boxes under Instance Manager it went green. Thank you for the help on that one...

@NickD_3CX Might wanna check that. It should not be red if the 3CX PBX just doesn't send the data at all, IMO.

So went to go remove the Instance Manager to see if that put my status Reg and then gave me the error of the Host not being reached. Has been Green for the past few minutes. Will leave it this way and check again in the next hour or so to see if anything changes.

Thank you again for the help on it.

@PatM we have checked this on our side and on multiple installations and we can not replicate it.
In normal terms you should have seen the icon below.
Now when you were on v16, is there any chance to have the IM disabled and then do the upgrade ?

Thank you @NikosT_3CX for looking into it. I was able to clear the error and get a Green status from ConceptsWeb suggestion of going into the Instance Manager and checking all boxes. If I go and uncheck all boxes it still stays Green so not sure exactly why, but the system is working and not having any issues. Perhaps it was a fluke or needed time to catch up and verify. Not sure but it is all good now.

Thank you again for looking into it,

Pat
