I am having the oddest issue which I have a strong feeling is a bug in the 3CX system that started after my v18 upgrade. Right after the upgrade I found that my SBC cluster did not properly upgrade to v18, the two Pi SBCs had to each be manually rebooted to complete the v18 upgrade. Up until that reboot I was running into an issue where 3CX kept thinking agents were logged out of a call queue. I would log them in and the system would randomly log them back out. Sometimes the system would log people out and log them back in all on it's own. I captured some of this, sent it to support with verbose logging and they provided some totally unrelated answer. I combed the system top to bottom and found my SBC cluster was not upgraded to v18 even though I had done so from the web interface a week prior. Once I SSH'ed in and rebooted each manually the logging out issue stopped.
Things seemed stable and then boom, same system I am presented with two new issues! #1 when a call comes into a call queue, that call is picked up and transferred to another person the system seems to think the original person who answered the call is still on the phone until that call is completely hung up. If another call comes into that queue that queue agent is skipped because the system thinks she is actively on the phone.
#2 is a totally random issue, I submitted it to support and haven't heard a word from them in almost 4 days. I have had two occurrences now where a caller makes it to an extension I have setup as a generic voicemailbox. They somehow transfer themselves out of this and connect to an internal extesion, at that point the active call is recorded for 2mins (though the call lasts much longer) and that recording is then emailed to one of my generic voicemail boxes I have created as if this person left a voicemail for someone. This is very odd!!! So far this has presented an issue because sensative information was in one of those calls and that was emailed to a bunch of people who should have not heard that conversation.
This is one of my biggest customers and I am on the verge of loosing them, this also is taking up my time from setting up 3 new customers I just sold too. Any ideas? I am thinking a full backup of my instance, fresh install of v18 and a backup restore. I really don't want to rebuild this whole thing from scratch! Open to any ideas!!
