Solved System prompt

i wanna inquiry about the prompt for call back and queue position , can i replace it or change it with recorded message
and how i replace it .

Hi @hisham

Please take a look at your settings, under System Prompts.

You must click Manage Prompt Sets and Copy Prompt Set.

Then you can select it and customize it with your own prompts.

You will notice the Record and Browse buttons will become enabled.
