System Prompts Set update infos

Hi,
is it normal system prompt update doesn't appears in update view in console ?

on all my 3CX , no information is given about update to apply, but by going in settings, system prompt, i found 19 prompts set to update, why this is not seen with all others update to apply ?

Historically I have had the same experience you describe. After every update I go to that location and manually update prompts (when available). I have never done a comparison of what is new as I have to replace many with my custom prompts after update.

Hi @aws2p

Yes this is normal. You need to update those manually. In addition, the extra prompt languages are not available until you install them and they will appear as "New".

Hi, thanks for answer, my question was mostly about why directive updates are not part of the update info provided in the console. Currently, if we do not get this info, even if a set of directives is to update, nobody knows , if it was displayed almost you could do update and also when done it clears in console so you know this time all update are done on this 3CX.

Hi @aws2p

They were moved to the Prompts page because they are not critical like firmware/templates/service packs and since the prompts are not updated very often this should not really pose a problem, you can update or install them optionally.

Okay, I understand but I'm not convinced at all because even if this is not critical, in Console there's a centralized place where to see what need to be updated on pbx, so have this information in same place for prompt set is IMO the best.
So if in future release everything can be collected at the same place it would be great .
