System status not updating properly

Office hours are set from 800 to 1700 with a lunch break from 1200 to 1330 and for some reason the system is not switching to proper status. I have tried setting individual extension office hours and it still have the same issue. I am trying to have it setup so that three extensions (ring group) will switch to available at 800, lunch status at 12, available again at 1330 and then away at 1700? I am assuming this system should be able to handle it. Any thoughts? thank you

Make sure the system is using the default office hours - dial *64 on a handset

Where have you set the office hours for the group ?

Check your dial codes before dialing, "Force 3CX Phone System to IN or OUT of office" is Blank by default
