T29 Crashes

I am having some issues at multiple sites recently where Yealink T29s are shutting off and/or rebooting. Seems to be only when PCs are connected to the PC port. Anyone else? What have you done to resolve if so.

Hi Jases,

Sounds like you tested some with and some without a PC connected then?

I'd imagine it should not really make a difference since the PC port does not have PoE to overburden the phone..

But if you have a smart PoE switch it might be worth looking at its logs and see if it is responsible for the power cut/resume.

Also worth connecting one T29 up to a power adaptor instead of PoE and see if there is a difference (PC or not)
