T38 Fax/Fax Server Issues

We are using SIPStation as the customer had all their numbers setup with them. We are trying to use one of their numbers for fax and I cannot get fax to work I followed the instructions for fax server. That doesn't want to work, so we ordered a supported grandstream ATA and I cannot get that to configure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does sipstation provide t.38 on their sip trunks,

Ensure that they are not using IAX protocol trunks that Asterisk supports as 3CX only supports SIP also:

Number porting is not that difficult to do so don't let the fact that the numbers are currently with SIPStation stop you from moving to a supported provider
