Hope I am posting in the right forum.

We have 5 Yealink T41P. Three of these are assigned to landline A. Two assigns to landline B.

The For the two landlines we prefer to have different ringtones, so we can hear which line is calling. Normally you can set this up in the phones itself, but it looks like the system over rides these settings and use one ringtone for all. Can we change this?

Second.

When I push the DND button on the phone i did the setup in CX that it should transfer the call to my mobile. Set up looks okay, and when I press DND is see in CX that it say to transfer the call to my mobile. But when calling it is not transferring the call. The T41p is ringing.

For me it ar basic setting which should work, however my agent tells me the phone is not supported by 3cx anymore. This was never mentioned to me when we contacted them to install 3cx.

Still, I think it is such a basic thing that it should word.

Thanks for your reply, We have indeed an old firmware (just did the check)36.81.188.7

Strange my supplier did not look at this. We are already months busy to get things fixed.

go in console and see if phones are with label "unsupported firmware in red" and you have in top menu a way to apply new on phones

Where are you located ?

I am located in the Netherlands.

Friday I got the latest firmware. But still not able to set the ringtones. In the console I don't see the option.
Same with the name labels on the extensions and in the phone, there is no option to change this.

you have now phones in latest firmware ?
Go in extension options

I think there is a problem, as I can not see the menu you are showing me:

you are not logged in 3cx console but in webclient, this is why you don't have items i'm speaking about
URL for console should be :
https://3cxfqdn/#/login (5001 if this is port you used when initial setting)

Ah okay.

My provider only gave me access to the web client and told me I can do all changes there.

Thanks for your help

then ask him to change this for you if you have no way to do it alone
Changes made in webclient are not persistent as each 24h 3CX reprovision phones with settings coming from PBX side, so your changes are wiped

I think it is because you are using a special dutch firmware. Better use the US firmware of yealink and there will not be these differences...

Are you sure at all he use a dutch firmware , this is the latest available from 3CX, pasted link is in #2

I was told it is not the Dutch firmware.

I have forwarded all your comments to my provider. I hope it will help.

Thank you all for your support

The latest Dutch firmware version for the T41P is 36.83.188.9.rom

I don't understand where you find this as on 3CX website latest is:

This is because 3CX use the International firmware and the .188 firmware is customized and contain Dutch language.
If you go to Phone/App Options > Firmware settings you can enable alternative firmwares, which are also supported by 3CX.
Now if you go to the Phones tab, select the extension you want to upgrade, you can chooce between the .0 or .188 firmware.

Ok but Nick Galea said he was using a dutch firmware, and problem may come from that, but this is not what is in screen copy of Bartels.

All our phones are on the .130 firmware. But still they(our provider) can not manage to set up different ringtones. The settings in the Phone is overruled by the software.
Our provider tells me it has to do something with the certificate in the phones.

The transfer issue is working now.

Natuurlijk.

The certificate has nothing to do with your issue.
Have you changed the firmware (.188.) to the International (.0.) one?
Now you have lost the Dutch language.
