T43u Line Keys

Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help me with this issue.

I have a Yealink T43U for a customer who has 4 concurrent channels. I configured 4 BLF keys for him, each as a line key. When I press any line key, I can make a phone call without any problem. However, when I receive 3 or 4 calls at the same time, only the first line key works.

For example, if I have a call on line one and another call comes in, I need line 2 to ring. If both lines are busy and a third call comes in, I need line 3 to ring.

How can I achieve this?

This is the device settings about the lines, as 3CX simply send the call there, and it accepts it.
