T46U not supported firmware error

hi,

im using some different yealinks and im getting errors the firmware in the phone is not supported (version 108.86.188.5) while this is actually the official firmware for dutch phones (by lydis). see attachement.
is there a way to get rid of this error?

The third digit version number "188" (instead of "0") indicates custom firmware: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/fw-version-not-supported.116374/post-539158

Hi,

Go to Phones, click Options, and enable Alternative Firmware

The system will offer 108.86.188.3 which is the latest Lydis has provided us with.

If you install that version, the error will go away.

Please note that we do not test or maintain Lydis firmware, we just publish what they sent us, the above being the latest we got.

I've enable alternative firmware, but it's not offering the 188.3 firmware, please see attachment

It will grab it automatically after a while.

Or trigger it manually by visiting the updates page:
