T48g phone Auto or manual provisioning help

i am trying 3cx free on cloud , mobile app is working perfect with sip trunk number added.

trying use office extension with t48g sip phone ( firmware :35.83.0.130)

i cannot provision this phone anyone can help me on this will be great .

i just used this link into phone and save
nothing happening

All info here , I would factory reset the phone and start again. Setup the phone using rps

under options for the extension, make sure you untick the option to allow stun

other thing when adding phone there is no exact name of the model on list (t48g)

Where did you purchase the phone, this message points me to the phone having a third party firmware
‘RPS request for Yealink T48 IP Phone of Office VSV Stones (01) NOT delivered‘ , if I remember correctly the message should say connectEd to yealink rps server

Select t48 has the phone model

I would try installing 3cx supported firmware version is 28.83.0.130
