I have a phone stuck on a firmwear update and a list of not supported T54W on my 3cx phone list! What firmwear can I use and can I fix my phone list with it!

Is the phone working, but simply refuses to update?

Or is is stuck, unable to boot, due to a firmware upgrade attempt?
