quick question I want to do speed dial on phone should I do it on ip of phone or through 3cx. If I do it on phone will it be erased after It does auto provisionin. And one other question I want to add a phone directory to 3cx for all phones but can not see it in setting. Thank you for help

Do your speed dial setting in 3CX, or those buttons will get reset when the phone boots. Go to the users' BLF tab, and set them there. On the T54W, I normally set the first two keys as Line keys.

3CX will send your Company wide contacts to the phones (MC > Advanced > Contacts).
