T56A Phones Screen Flashes Constently After Upgrade

One of our Techs deployed 15 x Yealink T56A with Firmware 58.15.0.20 to Firmware 58.86.0.160. The Phone Launches and Functions but the screen Just Flashes Consistently when in idle. Ive Tried the 3CX Firmware and received an Generic Error of Failed, Ive Reached out to Yealink for a Recovery Firmware and they said i cant downgrade. Any Suggestions to get to the 3CX Firmware?

When trying to change the firmware, are you using the latest 3CX firmware 58.86.0.180 ? Are you attempting to change it via the 3CX admin panel or through the phone's webGUI?

Ah, OK. Your OP said 58.86.0.160 which I assumed to be a non-3CX version.

No problem. Try flashing the firmware I linked to, via the phone's webGUI.
