This is not a 3cx thing at all, but just a general question if any other users have experienced the newer T85W loosing all of its BLF keys at random. So far I've seen it happen twice while on a phone call, it has something to do with the screen changing imaging depending on what you're doing with the phone, but then when you hang up they never come back until you reboot the phone. And it's not that they just aren't on the display, the buttons physically don't do anything either at that point.

Probably a yealink firmware thing but was just wondering who else has seen that?

In this scenario, our suggestion would be to confirm whether the Yealink T85W device is running the correct firmware for v20, which is 185.87.0.37. This can be verified in our v20 Phone Firmware document: https://www.3cx.com/docs/phone-firmwares/

Additionally, was the device provisioned using the default template, or have any manual modifications been made to the device template?

Is the issue occurring on a single device or across multiple T85W IP phones?

That said, since the reported behavior seems related to how the device displays its screens, we also recommend contacting the phone vendor for further troubleshooting.

looks like it's on the right firmware, nothing has been altered template wise, i've only got the one phone as it's actually my personal desk phone. i wanted to try it out before offering it to customers.

if i see it happen again i'll get yealink involved. it's not a 3cx related problem, was just curious if anyone else had seen this that was running this phone model.
