Hi,

is there any possibility with 3CX that a user can mark in Windows a phone number on outlook, word, excel and press a function key like F12 or F4 to dial that number directly?

See from another post you are using the 3CX desktop client, you can configure hotkeys

Click on settings (clog icon) , hotkeys - enable 'Copy number from clipboard F11'

Hi Saqqara,

yeah this works on MacBook immediately! On Windows it does not dial the number immediately. Additionally i have to click on the green call button to dial. Does we can have the same behavior on Mac also on Windows?

Currently no, this is not possible. Pressing the "dial" button in the app is required to initiate the dialing process.
This is also a safety so that a user doesn't dial a number by accident.
