TAPI Interface?

I used to have a TAPI interface that worked somewhat on a Remote Desktop Server, I'd like to get that functionality back, but I don't see anywhere to download it. Has this been superseded?

HI, I have the multiline TAPI installed, however it appears to only work on my user (on RDS) is there a security permission I need to add to users for this to work?
