Tapi with the server

I would like to use the TAPI driver directly between my application who can use an TAPI pilote functions with the 3CX server.
I found the TAPI installed with the client voip 3cx, but when I use this TAPI driver, my application send the number to dial to the client voip 3cx. And after this, I can know into my application if the correspondent answered, I can't play a sound message, and I can't hang up.
So, how can I dial an number, play a sound message if the correspondent give up, hand up the line, directly from my application without using the client Voip 3cx ?

Do you want to initiate a call?

Its possible to launch calls via TAPI - we made that specifically for Outlook so your application should be able to do it in the same way.

I have checked this FAQ, but I would like to lauch a call, play a message if give up ...
I develop an application with Windev (http://www.windev.com/) which has TAPI functions.
