Target endpoint for +41... can not be built!

I'm having trouble getting the team integration to work properly. Inbound calls are working fine and also calls from Phones connected directly to the 3CX instance.
The corresponding Error Message is "Target endpoint for +41... can not be built!"

Does anyone has a hint for me, what could be wrong?

You need your outbound rules to handle the number format sent from Teams. In this case, probably E164.
